An experimental summer school holiday workshop for those who want to have fun with painting techniques

In this summer holiday program, you will experiment with design and colour, learn how various painting surfaces affect your art, and what brushes and implements to use to achieve affects. Learn to plan the pictorial composition, understand the use and effect of colour, and learn about preparing coloured ground, dry-brush and glazing techniques.

You will work with acrylic paints on canvas board, and starting from a photographic source you will produce a finished work you can take home and display.
