Gain the food safety skills you need to work in the food industry within a range of businesses including: health and aged care facilities, hospitals, child care establishments, some community services such as Meals on Wheels and home and community care services.
This course complies with the legislative requirements for food safety and hygiene practices as outlined in the Australian Food Standards Code.
On successful completion of this course, students will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following nationally accredited unit of competency:
Health industry: HLTFS207C Follow basic food safety practices.
Participants must have a USI on the day of the course to be awarded the Qualification, USI’s can be obtained by going to https://www.usi.gov.au/
