This course will help you to develop a basic understanding of rest and recovery techniques to improve athletic performace. The course will cover different recovery methods including: active recovery, compression, hydrotherapy, massage and sleep as well as foods that should be consumed within the recovery period. The course will touch on the science behind each method and provide practical tips and applications that can be implemented immediately by you as an athlete or coach.
