How to propagate from seeds and cuttings

This course provides participants with information and practical skills in the collection and propagation of local indigenous plants from seeds and cuttings. It includes a range of seed collection and propagation techniques, storage, seed cleaning, and nursery hygiene.

This course is one of four Conservation and Land Management courses that can be undertaken as a short course, or if additional sessions are attended and assessments undertaken, can contribute to Chisholm's accredited course - Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management (AHC21016).

This short course is ideal for members of landcare groups, friends groups, school groups, landholders and residents.

Participants are required to attend 6 classes in total (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening classes, plus three Saturday daytime classes).
