This course will allow you to develop a practice framework and skills to assist clients to achieve their goals in a range of different case management settings. This course is suited to those working or wanting to work in the fields of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), disability care, aged care, general welfare and community work.

The course will provide:
• an overview of current approaches in effective case management
• the legal and ethical context in which case managers work
• current practice frameworks
• skills in assessment and casework with clients
• skills that help to implement goal directed care planning as well as liaison and networking with colleagues and other services.

After successfully completing this course you will receive a Statement of Attendance.
