How food can fire performance

This course is designed to give athletes and coaches a basic understanding of sports nutrition and how it affects performance. The course will look at fuel requirements pre and post training and competition including hydration, carbohydrates, protein and their effect on performance. Suggested pre and post game/event meals for different athletes and supplements and their effect on athletic performance.
