Epiblading is a cosmetic technique used to remove the outer most layer of dead skin cells and fine "peach fuzz" hairs without having to worry about it growing back thick and prickly. This treatment can be used to treat a number of conditions including dry, dull or rough skin, acne and congestion, superficial pigmentation and fine lines and allows for better absorption of skin care products.

In this course you will learn the technique for this service and will cover:

- Skin structure and cell function
- Hair growth cycle
- Introduction to Epiblading. What is it and how does it work?
- Indications and contraindications
- Equipment and product knowledge
- Service sequence and demonstration
- Troubleshooting
- Aftercare.

In the face-to-face workshop we will teach you how to apply products and the technique to effectively remove the dead skin cells and hair to achieve a smooth look.

The trainer will deliver basic underpinning knowledge and demonstrate the required skill on a live model. You will be required to bring one model to work on during each workshop so you get hands-on guidance from our expert trainers to help you every step of the way.

You will come away with notes to reflect the workshop application including a Q&A session to ensure you understand any areas to master the techniques.

Your will receive an epiblading kit that is included in the price which will be given to you in the first workshop that includes everything you need for each service. The kit includes:

- Blades x 5
- Scalpel handle x 1
- Blade remover unit x 1
- EpiOil - 15mL
- Mediswabs
- Masks
- Disposable headbands.

Please also bring along a pen and paper ready to take notes and wear closed-toe shoes with suitable clothing to work in our simulated salons.

Once you have completed the training successfully you will be given a Statement of Attendance.
