Gain knowledge and practical skills that will enhance your employment prospects in the hospitality industry. Learn basic bar operation and wine service, cleanliness and maintenance, dispensing beer and soft drinks, basic cocktail mixing, customer relations and cash control.
The course involves handling alcohol and preparing cocktails and other alcoholic beverages, so you will be encouraged to sample cocktails responsibly to develop a knowledge of the tastes for customer advice. Classes will be conducted in the student training restaurant.
You need: a high level understanding of English and be aged 18 or over.
