T​he importance of a healthy mind has been shown to have a direct impact not only on our mental health and wellbeing but also our physical health and ability to cope with day to day life. The link between art making, creativity and mental calmness will be explored and participants will be provided with the opportunity to experience activities to help build a sense of connectedness and to identify strategies to help cope with change and uncertainty in our daily lives. Four workshops cover managing anxiety using creative arts, managing stress using creative arts, improving self esteem using creative arts and promoting mental health using creative arts.

This course is online, participants will require a digital device, tablet, phone, computer access to Zoom. A quiet learning environment is encouraged.

After successfully completing this course you will receive a statement of attendance.
