This course is aimed at training supervisors and managers for the conservation and land management industry and builds on the knowledge and skills gained through previous studies and/or from industry experience.

It will provide you with high level technical skills in research, data collection, analysis, management planning and report writing and this qualification will assist you to gain employment as a supervisor or manager of staff and projects in the conservation, land management and environment industries
All of the projects undertaken as part of the Diploma of Conservation and Land Management are undertaken in conjunction with local land management agencies and the data and reports produced by the students are used to inform land management decisions. It is this type of on-ground research experience that provides students with the skills and knowledge required to gain meaningful employment in the conservation, land management and environment industry.
All of our highly qualified teachers are industry experts with many years of experience in conservation and land management. They maintain their expertise and currency in the industry through working with a variety of agencies as well as participating in industry events and training
