Begin your media career in specialist make-up

Step your make-up skills up a notch through specialist make-up. This is a course for budding make-up artists who want to gain up-to-date make-up skills required for fashion, bridal, editorial and TV, as well as make-up for retail.

The course incorporates the design and development of a photographic portfolio to enhance your career.

You’ll learn hair knotting for wigs, script breakdown and continuity, period and up-to-date hairstyling, visual merchandising and fantasy make-up.

Once completed, this nationally recognised qualification will provide a pathway to the Diploma of Screen and Media specialising in specialist make-up services.

TIMETABLE
Three days per week (various options) 9am - 3.30pm


Please note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, to continue your learning journey, this program will be delivered remotely where possible.

Participants will be required to engage with learning material online and via video conferencing software rather than attend classes. Refer to our COVID-19 Online Service Standards for details of minimum technical requirements and support available. While it is expected that the course duration will remain unchanged, it may be necessary to extend the completion date if circumstances change. Chisholm will be monitoring the situation closely and inform of any changes if the duration of a course is extended.
