Kick start your real estate career with the Agent's Representative units.

Once you enquire or apply online, you'll be contacted by a Chisholm enrolment advisor who will discuss the course options with you and provide details about course fees and enrolment.

Agent's Representative units
• CPPDSM4007A - Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
• CPPDSM4008A - Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work
• CPPDSM4080A - Work in the real estate industry.

The five-day Agent's Representative program will give you a broad overview of the real estate industry, including sales and property management. Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements for employment as an Agents Representative in Victoria. Agents’ representatives are authorised to perform the functions of an estate agent under the supervision of a licensed estate agent.

If you wish to continue your career beyond the Agent's Representatives course you will need to enrol in the remaining 21 units of Certificate IV in Property Services, where you'll learn the practical skills to enable you to become a successful sales person, property manager and real estate professional.

Subject areas include property appraisals; listing and marketing; building client relationships; negotiations; conflict resolution; risk management, all aspects of property management and VCAT; and financial management.

Upon successful completion you will meet the educational requirements to apply for a real estate licence in Victoria.

Materials fees:
Agent's Representative course (three units) - $150 - The above fees include Materials Fees.


Please note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements, to continue your learning journey, this program will be delivered remotely where possible.

Participants will be required to engage with learning material online and via video conferencing software rather than attend classes. Refer to our COVID-19 Online Service Standards for details of minimum technical requirements and support available. While it is expected that the course duration will remain unchanged, it may be necessary to extend the completion date if circumstances change. Chisholm will be monitoring the situation closely and inform of any changes if the duration of a course is extended.
