Develop specialist skills in networking and systems support as you prepare for a career in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry.

During the course, you’ll learn how to communicate with business clients; create technical documents; install and operate internet protocol (IP) networks and servers; deploy software to networked computers; manage network and data integrity; install and troubleshoot enterprise routers and switches; troubleshoot equipment, identify system and software faults; Install and configure virtual machines; and follow workplace safety procedures.

When you complete the Certificate IV in Information Technology Networking, you’ll have the skills you need to install and manage small scale networks, either as an independent network support technician or as part of a team.
