You've got the taste for the hospitality industry and you love working with people and food. You are ready to step up to a more senior role where your true potential can shine. Can you see yourself being a manager or leader in the hospitality industry? Then the Certificate IV in Hospitality is the course for you.

You'll learn a range of practical and management skills, including front of house food and beverage service, sales skills, providing quality customer service and working effectively with others.

Electives enable you to fine tune your skill set even further including providing table service, creating delicious coffee, planning catering for events and functions, using hygienic practices for food safety and contributing to workplace innovation.

This nationally recognised qualification provides a pathway to work in various front of house roles in restaurants, cafes, hotels and function centres. Once complete, you can advance your skills by studying Chisholm’s Diploma of Hospitality Management.
