When you complete the Certificate III in Retail Baking (Cake and Pastry), you’ll have the training and confidence you need for a rewarding career in hospitality.

You’ll learn to master the art of pastry, croissants, cookie and biscuit production, meringues, bread and yeast products, cake making and decoration. Production planning and scheduling will also be covered.
