During the course you'll learn a range of skills including hygiene, food safety, front of house, operating a bar area, food and beverage service, sales skills, providing quality customer service and working effectively with others.
Electives enable you to fine-tune your skill set even further, including receiving and storing stock, preparing and serving coffee and cocktails, along with providing advice on Australian wines.
This nationally recognised qualification provides a pathway to work in various front of house roles in restaurants, cafes, hotels and function centres. Once complete, you can advance your skills by studying Chisholm's Certificate IV in Hospitality or the Diploma of Hospitality Management.
