If you’re passionate about food and want to learn more about commercial cookery, this course is for you.

When you complete the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, you’ll have the practical training and confidence required to work in the hospitality industry as a fully qualified cook.

You’ll learn how to select, prepare and cook a variety of food; present food; cater for specific dietary requirements and cultural needs; apply food safety and hygiene procedures; and supervise staff.
