In another proud achievement, Chisholm has been announced as one of only three finalists in Large Training Provider of the Year category at the Australian Training Awards, the peak national awards for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

The announcement follows the recent win in the category at the Victorian Training Awards which recognised Chisholm Institute as the leading education and training provider in the state.

Chisholm CEO Maria Peters said, "As a proud public provider, Chisholm is thrilled to have been nominated for this national award. The recognition on this scale reflects that we are not just a regional provider. While we are known as leading vocational education in Victoria's South East, our projects and training capabilities expand across Victoria, Australia and internationally.

"We go into these awards as an ambassador for the quality of education at Chisholm and in Victoria.

"We appreciate the support of our staff and recognise the achievements of our students. Being a finalist in the Australian Training Awards recognises the quality of our education and training, our students’ achievements, our clear strategy and the commitment of our people that lead to strong operational results."

The winner will be announced on Friday 21 November, 2014 at the Australian Training Awards ceremony in Adelaide.

Chisholm is the largest vocational training provider in Victoria’s South East and delivers education training solutions from senior secondary school programs through to customised workplace training projects.
