How many guests can I bring?

You can bring up to two guests to the graduation ceremony and/or photoshoot (any child under the age of 24 months is not counted towards the guest list. Those over 24 months will require their own guest ticket).

Can I bring more than two guests to the ceremony?

Unfortunately not. Due to venue capacity limits, you can bring up to two guests to the graduation ceremony and up to three to the photoshoot (any child under the age of 24 months is not counted towards the guest list. Those over 24 months will require their own guest ticket).  If additional guest tickets become available, graduands will be advised.

Can I buy the graduation gown and stole?

Gowns and stoles are hired by Chisholm and cannot be purchased.

I graduated in a diploma level – will I still get a mortarboard?

Mortarboards are worn by Undergraduate certificate and Bachelor level and above graduands only.

What happens if I cannot attend my photoshoot session?

Cancel your booking via your confirmation email and/or SMS message, or email the Chisholm events team – events@chisholm.edu.au.

When will I receive my photos from the photoshoot?

The photo gallery will be emailed to students three weeks after the sessions. A password will be provided in the email to access the gallery.

How much do the photoshoots cost?

The graduation photoshoots are $25.50 (plus booking fee) and includes your gown hire and photography.

What happens if I cannot attend the ceremony after I’ve booked?

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to the ceremony. All cancellations are to made in writing to events@chisholm.edu.au, and you will receive a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the event. Refunds will not be considered after this timeframe. Refunds will be provided by the venue.

Do I need to pay to receive my photos?

No – your photo will be provided to you via an online gallery which are downloadable for free. However, should you wish to print your photos, it will be at your own cost through a supplier of your own choosing.

When do I need to arrive for my photoshoot at the venue?

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your booking time.

Where can I park?

Parking is available at Bunjil Place, Narre Warren. It is situated in 2 Patrick Northeast Drive, Narre Warren 3805. Bunjil Place is conveniently accessible via the Monash Freeway (exit 22) or Princess Highway.

Bunjil Place has an open car parking area with 2-hour, 3-hour and all-day spots available. Accessible parking bays as well as 5-minute drop-off/pick-up areas can be accessed off Patrick Northeast Drive.
