VCAL (Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning) is an accredited secondary certificate that includes industry training.
During the course you’ll gain industry specific training in hand and power tools, occupational health and safety, framing, scaffolding, interior fixing, levelling, and cladding. You will also build numeracy, literacy, personal development and work related skills.
When you complete the VCAL Carpentry (Intermediate) course, you’ll also gain a full carpentry pre-apprenticeship at Berwick TEC. Alternative pathways are available at Mornington Peninsula (Rosebud) Campus.
