​This short course focuses on the well-being and health of both the Educator and children in Early Learning services.

The benefits of practicing mindfulness can provide reduced stress for the Educator, a renewed commitment to teaching and caring for children, as well as promoting the positive social and emotional development of children.

For Early Education professionals this course will unpack:

How to maintain a work/life balance
Tips for self care
Managing stress/anxiety in adults and children
How to develop and implement mindful learning environments
Activities and experiences to engage and involve children

After successfully completing this course you will receive a Statement of Attendance

Zoom sessions will be created by the short course coordinator or relevant teacher prior to the date of commencement.
Individual emails will be sent to all participants. Instructions will be included in the email in regards to zoom etiquette, requirements for the
specific course and login times.
