As Education Support teams grow within primary and secondary schools, building high performing, effective team is paramount to positive student outcomes.
Teamwork is the core required value system needed to effectively deliver high quality programs within primary and secondary school settings. Teamwork, effective communication, understanding and celebration of individuality within the team are crucial elements to developing an effective team-based environment.
This session provides participants with a deeper understanding of how a team is built, fostered and enhanced. Participants will be provided with opportunity to reflect and analyse what teamwork means to them, and how it can be built upon to ensure a higher degree of collaborative and united work practices.
This two-hour interactive workshop will assist you in learning:

- How to build an effective Education Support team.
- Strategies to navigate challenging situations in an Education Support team
