This short course will explore the benefits of building and maintaining strong partnerships with families and the community to support the care and education of children. This course is designed for early education and care staff working in all areas of the sector.
The course will cover the following factors:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships and collaborative partnerships
- Understanding the boundaries of the educator
- Assisting in growth of identity and belonging
- Supporting vulnerable families
- Unpacking the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) in relation to connecting with families and the community.
After successfully completing this course you will receive a Statement of Attendance.
