Program Modules

The training program comprises seven half-day modules. The first two modules, ‘Understanding Comorbidity’ and ‘Screening and Assessment’ are core modules that entail the day of the program being delivered.

Participant Workbooks

A participant online workbook containing the slides and worksheets accompanies each module. Each participant will have an electronic copy of the module workbook prior to the training. You will require access to the workbook to record notes as well as being able to view the facilitator slides during the workshop. This may require two devices or participants printing out the workbooks.

In addition, Module 2 requires participants to download assessment tools and scoring guides.
