During the course, you’ll learn how to communicate with business clients; install and manage hardware, operating systems and servers; manage projects; create technical documents; develop websites; configure and maintain databases; apply intermediate programming skills; develop a user interface; and ensure a safe workplace.

Experienced teachers, who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program which involves a combination of classroom, online and simulated learning environments using the latest industry vendor programs, such as Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA), VM Ware, Red Hat Linux, Microsoft (MCP) and Cisco (CCNA).

This nationally recognised qualification may lead to employment in PC support, website assistance or network support roles in small to medium business environments.
