When you complete the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, you’ll be able to lead a team as a kitchen supervisor or be a professional chef in a commercial kitchen (such as those found in a resort, hotel or restaurant).

You’ll learn practical skills in areas such as food preparation and presentation, financial management, health and safety procedures and people and operations management.
