Refine your culinary skills and learn more about operational management in the hospitality industry.

When you complete the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, you’ll be able to manage a hospitality business from the ground up.

You’ll learn practical skills in areas such as food preparation and presentation, financial management, health and safety procedures and people and operations management.
