Develop advanced construction knowledge and skills to progress your career in the building and construction industry

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of building and construction job roles. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities. Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires building operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of building and construction functions.

You’ll broaden your existing vocational or educational experience and learn about building codes and standards, estimating, site management, OHS policies, contracts, permit applications and small business management.
When you complete the Certificate IV in Building and Construction, you will have the confidence and ability to be an affective building and construction professional.

Students may be required to attend both Frankston and Dandenong campuses.
