  The program reflects both existing practice and emerging trends in building and construction, providing you with readily transferable professional skills.
  
  Experienced teachers, who are experts in the field, will guide you through the program, which involves industry related projects and assessments in a classroom environment, supported by our ‘moodle’ online resources. Assessments consist of knowledge and task-oriented assignments.
  
  This nationally recognised qualification may lead to employment in areas such as site manager, estimator, project manager, leading hand, site supervisor, or construction manager.
  
  INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
  
  Entry requirements for literacy and numeracy range from levels two to three.
  
  Applicants are required to have successfully completed Year 10 or equivalent.
  
  Applicants must be 18 years or over.
  
  This course also requires students’ digital literacy skills and a proven ability to learn digital software to beginner level.
  
  White card (CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry) is required for site visits and must be provided at the time of enrolment.

• Admission requirements

  Admission requirements are completion of BKSB assessment with an outcome of ACSF exit level 3 - working level 4, for both literacy and numeracy, Applicants must be 18 years or over, Completed Year 10 or equivalent, Completion of the general construction induction training program, specified in the Safe Work Australia model Code of Practice: Construction Work, is required to carry out construction work or attend a construction site. CPCCWHS1001 meets this requirement, White card (CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry) is required for site visits and is recommended but not required for enrolment
