Chisholm Learning and Development Group 

The Chisholm Learning and Development Group delivers programs which are designed to meet the needs of those wishing to develop skills and gain qualifications in the field of Training and Assessment.  Our experienced facilitators will ensure that your learning experience is enjoyable and informative.  We also provide an obligation-free service for those who wish to discuss the particular training needs of their organisation.  We offer fully accredited courses, short courses, workshops and customised training solutions.  For more information on the courses listed below, use the "search" function at the top of the page.
 
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA) is the prerequisite qualification for those wishing to deliver and assess training in the VET sector.  This qualification is also considered valuable for anyone delivering and assessing training in the workplace.

*Diploma of Training and Assessment provides participants with a more advanced qualification and is suited to those who manage or coordinate training in an organisation. 

*Diploma of VET Practice has been developed for those working in VET (Vocational Education and Training) and provides an approved course of teacher training which includes a supervised teaching practicum.

     *Both the Diploma of Training and Assessment and VET Practice can
      be completed as dual awards.

Graduate Certificate in Vocational Education and Training (VET) prepares VET professionals, practitioners and adult educators to respond effectively and creatively to the changing nature of knowledge in current and emerging education and training environments.  Click here for more details on the Graduate Certificate in VET at Chisholm, or send us an equiry email here.

Course in Assessor Skills is designed for those who assess others either in workplace or classroom settings.  (Partial credit towards the Cert IV TAA)

Introduction to Teaching in VET provides an introductory course in working as a trainer and provides credit towards the Certificate IV in TAA. 

TAA upgrade, for those who hold the old Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (BSZ)

‘How to Train Others’ – a short course for those who provide training to others in a variety of settings.
