At a ground breaking event, funded by the European Union (EU), Annamarie Schuller from Chisholm’s Business and Management Department was a keynote speaker at a Roundtable between universities, industry and the Ministry of Education in the Czech Republic.

Chisholm's new Controlled Environment Horticulture (CEH) Glasshouse facility has been launched at the institute's Cranbourne location. The $1.2m facility has 1,500 square meters of greenhouse space and state-of-the-art technology provided by Dutch company Priva.

Only a year on from its launch, the Chisholm Glasshouse is now operating both as an educational platform and production facility. The intention is for the Glasshouse to act as a showcase for new Controlled Environment Horticulture techniques and technology.
