    This course trains VET professionals to respond effectively to the changing nature of knowledge and skills in current and emerging VET environments and contexts, as well as providing a career pathway in VET.

    A graduate of the program would be enabled to lead and implement innovation and change in VET within their organisation; gain a critical understanding of the ever-changing VET policy environment and develop a high-level insight in advanced VET pedagogy; lead and utilise a range of staff development strategies to improve the capabilities of VET practitioners; and, engage effectively with the internal VET context.

    Entry requirements: Minimum of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
