You will learn how to prepare and cook delicacies which may include pickled vegetables, red curry prawns, larb gai, pad thai and other quick and easy dishes. This hands-on practical class includes some demonstrations, all recipes and lots of helpful hints provided.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
