Students enrolling in a govt-subsidised course up to Cert IV who hold a current Commonwealth Healthcare Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans' Gold Card (or who are the dependent spouse of a cardholder) are eligible for concessions.Students who were under 25 at Jan 1 2012, and are continuing in the diploma or advanced diploma they enrolled in prior to July 1, 2012, will also be eligible for a concessions  if they hold a current Commonwealth Healthcare Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veterans' Gold Card (or are the dependent a cardholder).
