    Apply and Monitor Food Safety Practices - Bass Coast Wonthaggi

    This course is for all people who supervise food operations in the Health and Community Services industries. This course provides the skills and knowledge required to monitor and control food safety hazards and respond to non-conformance as required by the food safety program. Successful completion of Follow Basic Food Safety Practices is a pre-requisite for this course. Please note: this course is exempt from the no-minimum-numbers policy.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
