    This qualification is a recognised pathway opportunity from the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAA40104).

    You will be able to:
    - analyse and plan approaches to training and assessment problems
    - apply creative thinking to a range of situations
    - evaluate information
    - demonstrate a broad knowledge of theoretical concepts in relation to the education of others

    The qualification consists of 12 units. Areas of study include: Delivery and Facilitation; Professional Practice; Needs Analysis; Policies, Procedures and Strategies; Leadership; Design and Development.

    The course is delivered through a combination of face to face and online training.

    Entry requirements: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAA40104).

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
