    Certificate III in Production Horticulture

    Reap skills in the growing, harvesting and marketing of fruit, vegetables olives and grapes. You'll study field grown crops as well as controlled environment crops, for example, hydroponics.

    This qualification provides a vocational outcome in production horticulture.

    The qualification enables individuals to select a tree cropping, vegetable, berry production or mushroom production context as a focus or, in the case of mixed enterprises, both.

    NOTE: Part-time duration varies with this course and can be worked to suit each student.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
