    This multiple award course provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in skilled operations undertaken in a hospitality setting such as a restaurant, hotel, motel, club, pub, café or coffee shop. Individuals may have some responsibility for others and provide technical advice and support to a team.

    Entry requirements: Year 10 or equivalent, or mature age.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
