    This course provides specialist training in pastry for those wishing to pursue a career as a Pastry Chef. Units studied gain credits towards the Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or Diploma of Hospitality Management.

    Entry requirements: Year 12 (VCE) or equivalent, or mature age entry.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
