    Certificate III in Food Processing

    Completed in the workplace at your own pace, this course provides supervisor level training for the food processing industry. Streams are available in aerated water, biscuits, dairy processing, fruit and vegetable, confectionery, general foods, pastry, pet food, poultry, flour milling, stockfeed milling, wine, tea and coffee.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.
