    This course is conducted in an environment whereby students gain experience in a fully functional industry compliant restaurant such as Birches at Chisholm Dandenong or Bunurong at Chisholm Frankston.

    Entry requirements: Completed Year 10 or equivalent prior.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
