    This qualification provides operator level training for the food processing industry. Streams available in aerated water, biscuits, dairy, fruit and vegetable, confectionery, general foods, pastry, pet food, poultry, flour milling, stockfeed milling, tea and coffee.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
