    This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a senior manager in any hospitality functional area. This individual would analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies in various hospitality settings such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

    Entry requirements: Diploma of Hospitality or equivalent.

    Applying and Enrolling

    To enrol at Chisholm, you need to apply, and then be accepted. Procedures to apply for courses vary. A TAFE application may go through VTAC, for example. In other cases the application may be direct to Chisholm or through your employer or school.

    With a successful Chisholm Institute of TAFE application, in some cases,  you may need to attend an information session or submit a portfolio prior to completing your enrolment.
