  • Notes

The Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design is aimed at offering an additional skill set to the inventory of a professional designer. This course considers changes inherent in the graphic design industry and adds to a standard range of abilities that are offered at diploma level.

The course can be delivered as a six month industry placement, in a relevant workplace. This stream is highly selective and involves an interview process within the workplace. This enables students to fine-tune their training to meet very specific industry needs and promote an independent and professional approach to their study.

The course is also delivered on-campus using a combination of classroom and project based learning. This stream begins in Semester 2.
Course outcomes include graphic design based solutions for animation, web and 2D print based products.

A key outcome is to build confidence in workplace related issues. All trainers are industry experienced.

Entry requirements: Diploma of Graphic Design or equivalent, or relevant industry experience. Also folio presentation.
