  • Notes

The course is designed in two semesters:

    1. Strategic leadership in the organisation
    2. Managing the organisation through development and change

This qualification adds a more strategic focus to the more operational diploma level.

We ask participants to think strategically. The development will flow from that strategic plan.

In the first semester participants begin their Innovations seminar series. This series is designed to expand their way of thinking and enhance the continuous improvement that flows from it.

The second stage of the course is how to manage the organisation through development and change.

The Emotional intelligence unit provides skills in team building, motivating and performance managing. This is a progressive approach to management that is exciting and innovative.

Entry requirements: No formal requirements, however the course is best suited for those with industry experience as a manager or a team leader.
