Danae Folle
Trained as a chef, Danae Folle, 25, wanted to broaden her existing qualifications and experience to hospitality and event management where the scope for employment is the strongest it has ever been - in both Australia and world markets.

Danae’s experience as a chef will complement her strong food and organisational credentials and give her the type of qualifications the event industry is demanding and looking for.
She is currently completing a full-time Diploma of Hospitality and Event Management at Chisholm Institute.
Danae was able to gain course credits and recognition for her previous training and workplace experience which shortened her course from two years to one and a half.
A feature of this training is that Danae will put into practice the knowledge and theory she has gained at TAFE by undertaking a work placement component. This gives her the hands on experience employers are looking for.
