Ashlee Humphreys

Ashlee Humphreys switched her career studies from working in the childcare industry to full time beauty studies at Chisholm.

Like many vibrant young women today, our image conscious world has had a profound effect on Ashlee. “I was desperate to fulfil my passion for a beauty career and I’m currently participating in Certificate III in Beauty Services at Chisholm Dandenong which is tailor-made for me.”

“It’s now positively turning my ambition into solid reality. The Beauty services industry is very "hands on” by its nature and recognised industry qualifications such as Chisholm mix core-curriculum studies together with equal amounts of experience.

“Studying this way at Chisholm gives me this valuable mix of learning and trade practice which I need in my beauty studies. I live at Berwick and it’s just a short train trip and bus ride to get to class.”

“The practical side of things is so important in my area and Chisholm’s modern study facilities lets me study and use the latest machinery and techniques at each class.”

When Ashlee completes her Certificate III in Beauty she will be qualified to pursue a career in the lucrative beauty world specialising in nail enhancement, brow and lash work  - which is a new growth area - tinting and waxing.
