Right now, all Victorians are guaranteed a government subsidised training place to raise their qualification level. This means Chisholm can offer anybody who is eligible* a place in any of our courses —with a Government subsidy to pay the major part of your course costs!** It’s called the Victorian Training Guarantee. * To be eligible for a Training Guaranteed place, you first need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident—or hold a Special Category Visa (for New Zealand citizens). Second, you either need to be under 20 on 1 January in the year you will be undertaking the course—or, if you’re over 20, qualification must be higher than the highest qualification you hold already.

**New Victorian Government subsidies to pay for most of your costs. You still have to contribute a certain amount as a tuition fee (these fees are capped so you pay no more in a year.  A maximum of two government subsidised courses for 2012). For Diploma and Advanced Diploma courses there is Commonwealth Government funding to help you meet your contribution to course fees - VET FEE- HELP. (View the booklet).
