Entry Requirements

All about enrolling

New Enrolments

To enrol at Chisholm you will need to attend an enrolment session. This may be as part of the course information session, or at another time. If you or your parents receive Government Benefits bring evidence to receive a fee concession. See Minimum Fees in Fees and Charges. If you don’t have evidence yet, see Concession Refunds in Fees and Charges.

At the enrolment session an enrolling officer will help you complete an enrolment form, and then calculate the fees due. Once you pay your fees, we will take your photo and issue you with a student card, so you can use the library, access your online records, get discounts at the campus bookstore and so on.

You may be able to reduce the length of your course. See Recognition of Prior Learning or Credit Transfer in Prior Learning and Credit.

When your enrolment is complete your form will be processed and filed as your enrolment record.  Keep your receipt for taxation purposes or in case you wish to claim a refund at a later date. See Withdrawals and Refunds in Fees and Charges.

Re-enrolments

If you are already a student at Chisholm and wish to continue your current course in the next school year you will need to re-enrol. This could happen in class, or your teacher will advise you of an enrolment session. The process is like new enrolments, but generally faster.
