Chisholm Institute recognises and accepts its duty under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, to provide and maintain for independent contractors and their employees, so far as is reasonably practicable, a working environment that is safe and without risks to health, this duty extends only to matters for which the Institute has or should have control.
