    • Be organised – Make sure you have the date, time and location of the class and have brought the correct clothing and materials.
    • Teaching staff – Your teacher will be your main contact for each term.  They will be able to explain how the course works, what materials you might need and how the teaching department can assist you.
    • Course outline – Your teacher will detail the structure and requirements of your course and how you will be assessed.
    • Materials, uniforms and books – You may require specific clothing, books or other materials.
    • Assessment – It is important you find out how you will be assessed so you can begin preparing from your first class.  Often assessments will begin a few weeks into your course with major assessment taking place at the end of each term/semester.
